Nutritional Information

I've been buying a lot of fish from Sam's Club recently to help get my protein levels up. The fish that I seem to gravitate around is Treasures of the Sea - Boneless, Skinless Flounder. The thing is, the nutritional information says 4oz is a serving.
I assumed this was weight per fillet, as, frozen they are basically 4oz out of the box. However, today, I weighed 5 fillets and it came out to 8oz TOTAL - I typically eat about 5 fillets per meal to get my 100g of protein, but if this is the case, do I need to actually eat more like 12 fillets?
