Sooo Overwhelmed!

Not sure even where to begin. I recently started a new job and am working close to 50 hrs a week, its finals week and I can't pay my bills no matter how much I work! I try to always look at life with a grain of salt and I am a very positive person in general. I understand that many people have it worse than I do but it's still hard not to let things get the best of you. I feel like losing weight on top of all of these things that weigh on my mind from day to day is next to impossible. I tried taking an Epson salt bath with essential oils tonight to try to relax but that huge ball of stress is still stuck in my chest.

SO.. my question is: What do you do to unwind that does not involve working out (because I don't have time right now!), alcohol or other drugs (over the counter or otherwise) or eating? I really just need to calm down and can't get it figured out!

Thanks for any responses

It's usually late and I don't want to wake the family, so I'll grab my guitar, go out to the garage and play. Doesn't matter what song or how long. There's just something about playing the guitar, everything else just kind of fades away for a bit.
