30 day shred, I think I've sprained my tricep tendon

Hi, I've just started the 30DS dvd (well I've done it 5 times now only missing Sunday as I was away from home)
After the first couple of days my upper body muscles were so painful and weak I had a job raising a glass to my mouth or pushing myself out of a chair, however I burned through it and only have very minor aches but now I have something new.
Basically when I bend my left arm fully so my hand touches my shoulder I get a very sharp pain in the back of my upper arm very close to my elbow and below the main tricep muscle, which I believe (with my 10 mins of internet research) is my tricep tendon.
I noticed it mostly yesterday and I didn't work out since I was away but did 30DS this morning trying not to push that arm too much, has anyone else had this, can I still carry on with 30DS or should I shelf it until my arms fully recovered?
Cheers

The first time I did the 30DS, I was super sore because I didn't work out everyday like that in a while. It's normal to be in pain, but it gets better! I would continue but just take it easy with that arm. If it still hurts, or gets worse, go to the doctor.0

Okay cheers for the reply, I'll persevere and see how I get on tomorrow, although I was wondering if I should skip the press ups as they are pretty triceptastic?0

injuries are different than sore. If this is a one side type of thing I would go for a run or do something else fitness wise for a day or two to let the tricep heal. If the right side were also sore like this I would say push on.0
