Does anyone have a simple diet plan that is very budget friendly? I need something to follow! Planning is the key to me doing this. I notice if I don't have my day planned out I eat worse. Any ideas is great appreciated.

buy in bulk. cook in bulk and refrigerate the left overs. you can get a pack of like 15 skinless boneless chicken breast at walmart or costco for like $10 bucks, and that should last well over a month. bulk vegetables would be beneficial too. dont buy name brand, and use the "per unit" price many stores make available as well.0
