Which one to do?

30 day shred, Cardio Abs, Pure Cardio, P90X, P90X2, Insanity? Which one do I do, which one do I start with? Which one is better for males and which one is better for females? So many exercise videos and so little time. What do you feel is the best one and why?

    I started with 30DS. I think it does a great job of getting you into exercise. I hadn't exercised in about 10 years and was 70lbs overweight when I started the shred. After starting the shred, I noticed in 6 days that it changed my body shape.Also, the 30DS is only 20 minutes. I was able to finish the shred but wasn't shredded at the end. What I did get from it was the confidence to keep working out and the motivation to stay on my path.

    I'm now doing a second round of 30DS but there's been a 5 month and 55lb loss in between. It still kicks your but but I now also do an hour of cardio and add 10-15 extra minutes of ab and strength training. I also use 8 or 10lb weights instead of the 5lbs I did in the first go round. I'm also doing all the advance moves.
