...I'm not actually French: I'm a nineteen year old student and English born-and-bred. Just looking to lose the 10ish pounds and wine-belly I acquired during my first year at uni, as well as learning more about the nutritional content of what I eat by logging my food a couple of days every week. I already do a lot of exercise- regularly netball, running, cycling, swimming and spinning, although I'm a runner at heart. I'm sure most of my calories have come from alcohol and hangover induced carb binges as I tend to eat reasonably healthily 99% of the time, so will be looking to be extra careful with my drinking habits.
Would be nice to meet some like-minded people!
