Today I reached my weight loss goal...Now what? What is the best way to adjust your calories to maintain??

change MFP to maintain and follow those recommendations. You may even need to eat a little more than that says to maintain. Continue to eat the healthy foods that you have been eating because dropping all of that now could cause you to go back to your old ways. Do something that you can do for the rest of your life!0
