... after my 3rd half marathon
No pain no gain, who ever said that did not walk on my legs after my races. It was almost like somebody was piercing them after every step the last two times. But after over 600 miles in training over the last 18 month I can walk and climb stairs the next day.
Half Marathon Times
June 10 2012 2:21 (more then 30lbs lighter then the first time)
Feb 26 2012 2:31 (Started MFP 1/3/2012)
Dec 4 2011 2:49 (Started c25k in Dec 2010 and pushed through a 10k in June and signed up the very first day of open registration for a local half marathon)
