Calculating BMI accurately

I'm sure this topic has been posted a billion times. I did a search and skimmed through the other topics of the like, but didn't find exactly what I was looking for so for those of you who would like to comment just to tell me how many topics have already been posted, I don't really care because I didn't find what I was looking for. I've checked some websites that tell me that I should be between 125 and 150 to be healthy, but I'm not so sure that's accurate for my body type. I have a large structured body and going that low would make me looke extremely sick. Does anyone know of a website or somewhere that I can find out what a good weight would be for my body type?
Thanks a million!!

Well, BMI is BMI, so if you don't like the numbers, you don't have to shoot for them. But you won't find a more 'accurate' BMI because it's just a simple calculation. It doesn't work for everyone, especially very muscular people. But on average, being within the 'healthy' range (assuming you have normal muscularity) does imply you will enjoy better overall health. But your goal should be what YOU want, too.0

Thanks anyway!! You're probably one of the people who would have only commented about how many topics have already been posted an not been very helpful anyhow.
Thanks again for being nice enough to take time out to reply.0 -
