Firming Up After Weight Loss

In the past 6 months I have lost 55 pounds. I did it by going vegan, curtailing carbs because of being diabetic, and walking 4 miles per day. Now skin sags around my lower abdomen and good posture is harder to achieve. I know that exercise should help both problems. What kinds of exercise should I do? Remember I am already walking 4 miles per day. Is there a website that can inform me or appropriate exercises? Or, is there anything else I can do to firm up short of surgery?
