New Breakfast idea: Pepperoni Pizza eggs!

I like to make what I call Breakfast Egg Cups on the weekend as an easy meal throughout the week. And this week I made them Pizza style. They're about 80 calories each and make an easy on the go breakfast. Here's how to do it:
With a whisk beat 10 eggs with about 1/2 cup of milk. Add a Teaspoon of garlic granules (garlic powder will do too).
Pour mix into greased muffin tins (make sure they're well greased or the eggs will stick).
Distribute across the 12 egg cups: 1/4 c of reduced fat feta, 10-17 slices of diced turkey pepperoni, and 1/8 c diced sundried tomatoes.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes (basically until cooked through.
Store in a container with a lid in the fridge. Reheat in microwave for 1-1.5 minutes. Each cup is about 80 calories, but usually eat 3 for breakfast. Enjoy!
