Country dancing?
Nothing good can come from country dancing.

Well these are not unique by any means, but here is my list:

5. gardening (too bad it's not cardio, in my yard it IS a contact sport!)0 -
I've recently discovered cycling - loving getting outside and exploring.
I also love walking/hiking - again getting outside and exploring.
Kickboxing/boxercise classes - I used to love the kickboxing centre in my old town....need to find an affordable one in my new town!
I can think of nothing worse than going to the gym, sitting on a machine for an hour while staring at a grey wall/other sweaty folks is just hell so I refuse to go! Cancelled my membership 2years ago and never looked back.0 -

Love love love ultimate frisbee!! By far my favorite activity, and a fantastic workout!
Had a really active day yesterday...played ultimate frisbee, boxed with a couple friends (friendly boxing...not actually trying to knock each other out haha but def worked up a sweat) and tossed around a football. You know, it's really no wonder that most of my friends growing up have always been guys...
I also really enjoy a good core/arm workout (but I loathe leg workouts!! which is why I run around with frisbees)

I love swimming, but public pools gross me out and its so cold here usually, that nobody has a pool except the super rich and hotels or gyms. SO thats out.0 -
On the other hand, if you put me on a treadmill, I'm ready to throw myself under a bus within 5 minutes.
Same here. I live in a beach community. I can do laps back and forth on the pier for an hour and a half and never get tired of the view. But when the weather is bad and I HAVE to go to the gym - I just don't have the same drive.0
