sorry, i don't have five, it's more like three. I do 30DS but i hate it. I just do it because i like the results.

Love love love ultimate frisbee!! By far my favorite activity, and a fantastic workout!

Had a really active day yesterday...played ultimate frisbee, boxed with a couple friends (friendly boxing...not actually trying to knock each other out haha but def worked up a sweat) and tossed around a football. You know, it's really no wonder that most of my friends growing up have always been guys...

I also really enjoy a good core/arm workout (but I loathe leg workouts!! which is why I run around with frisbees  )

    Lets see...

    Dance Central (kinect)
    Weight Lifting
    Roller Skating
    Running
walking around the city (we have hella steep hills here, so its always a workout.)

I love swimming, but public pools gross me out and its so cold here usually, that nobody has a pool except the super rich and hotels or gyms. SO thats out.

On the other hand, if you put me on a treadmill, I'm ready to throw myself under a bus within 5 minutes.

Same here. I live in a beach community. I can do laps back and forth on the pier for an hour and a half and never get tired of the view. But when the weather is bad and I HAVE to go to the gym - I just don't have the same drive.

Hiking with the dog - he keeps me laughing with his craziness on the trails. Preferably in the mountains or at the river.

    Dancing of any kind

And this last one is new, and nuts because it's a huge challenge for me right now - but manmakers. They're hard. They're full body and I haven't mastered them yet, so I'm obsessed.

Theres actually not a whole lot that i enjoy, which is probably bad

I love soccer (duh) but there are no leagues around here now

I defintieyl enjoy going for walks and listening to audiobooks when i do so, but I dont really consider that exercise enough

I enjoy the social aspects of running (ie post race beer) but not particularly the actual running part :)

Think its time to break out the weighted hula hoop and see if i cant have some fun with that!

    Mine are:

    1) Pilates
    2) Squash - although I'm not very good but I do love it!
    3) Dancing
    4) NYC Ballet workout (they started teaching it where I do Pilates)
    5) EA Active Sports for PS3

I would rather drown myself in the Thames than go to the gym!

Have you ever noticed that the word "Pilates" looks exactly like the word "Pirates" when you're reading quickly?

Pirate Pilates = contorting into odd positions with a parrot on your shoulder.

    Country dancing?

Nothing good can come from country dancing.

If you dance backwards you can get your wife back, your car back, your dog back....

    lol!

I LOVE lifting weights, I LIKE pushing myself in running, always further or faster.... I love a night out dancing, walking everywhere, and circuit training. Although I did make myself do 100 burpies in a workout once and I wanted to die at the end. Or kill someone. Maybe both?

    100 burpies? That's better than 100 farties, I guess.

I'm sure everyone on this string would ABSOLUTELY agree that me, in "sexy heels" would be a terrible, terrible thing.
