Chocolate candies, reeces kitkat etc. I would probably loose more weight if i didnt say, "today I want a snickers so I have to do another 45 min of cardio today". LOL Im weak and I know it!0

CHINESE FOOD. I know I can make healthier versions of it at home, blah blah blah. No. I want the greasy, fried, delicious food you find at a buffet.0

I definitely do the same thing. It takes me 30 mins to burn 300 cals... hmmmmm what can I eat with THAT?! Always planning. Isn't it amazing how gratifying our favorite foods can be?0 -
