Hello and welcome to MFP. This site is awesome, you will love it here if you don't already. I  it here. This site is so supportive, helpful, motivational, easy to use, and everyone here is so nice and friendly. I just wanted to tell you that I wish that you have great success on your weight loss journey. You can do this!!!!!! :flowerforyou:  :flowerforyou:
  • You are so sweet, thank you very much for all of your support. Everyone i have seen that has been using MFP seems to be having great success. I have used similar sites in the past (entering foods and the like) but it was always so difficult to find the brand name, this one seems to have it all! I haven't had a problem in three days now, which is more than i can say for the other sites i have tried. I really hope to get down to that ideal weight soon enough. Thanks again for your support!
  • Turkey breast sandwich with whole wheat Kaiser and swiss cheese soooo good. I eat one every day at work and I think I would die without them.... love em! and they're good for you.
  • Hello! I am also new to this site. My weight loss goal is 60 pounds; I am using low fat diet, exericise, and Alli. Here's to no "treatment effects"! Is anyone else using Alli?

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these! I eat them for lunch. What i do, which is totally fine to do, use the same amount of 'innereds' (as my mom calls it)(turkey, swiss) as you would on a normal sandwich but take one slice of bread, cut it down the middle and just use that. It fills you up almost as much and leaves room for a fruit or somthing to go with it.

I love smoothies! My sister works at robeks and gave me a recipe for this peanut butter smoothie, i will say this, it is excellent when they make it, not so much when i make it. I put a bit too much PB in it! haha i was running for the water bottles!
