Hi there,
I joined GoodLife fitness at the end of March of this year. I love the gym that I'm at because the Group Fitness classes at my current location is fantastic. It is a women's only club that is situated in a Real Canadian Superstore so it is a smaller gym and therefore doesn't have as much variety in classes / equipment as a stand alonegym would likely have.
I'm looking for a little more variety in my workouts. My gym does not offer the RPM classes and I'm wondering if anyone does them and can tell me what they think of them. Would it be worth spending more money to change my membership to a regional membership to partake in these classes?
Any feedback would be great!
