I need to find a good medium for me. I haven't had red meat or pork for a year now but I want to get back to my old routine of being a vegetarian. Any good tofu recipes or anything like that? I used to always eat an apple for breakfast and have a yoplait light. For lunch I usually eat hummus and a sandwich. I go to Zumba classes everday but Wednesday and Saturday, plus I teach Zumba too. I just want to find my balance again to make my body healthy and to keep it up.
