I read about Tracy Anderson's workout dvd's in Fitness Px magazine. Has anybody done these and gotten good results? I am a former gymnast and have bulky muscles and am trying to find workout techniques to not bulk up but be lean and healthy.

Ive gotten amazing results! Its basically a ballet type strength training working your muscles in ways traditional workouts dont do. High reps, low weights. the Dance aerobics / dance cardio and her treadmill routine are great cardio.
I have found that her treadmill routine has slimmed my legs way more than her dance aerobics / cardio dvds. I HIGHLY recommend that treadmill routine.0
