A sensitive topic. How can I deal with raw spots on my inner thighs from my legs rubbing together when working out in shorts, or from rubbing on my pants when working out in those? Been doing a lot of walking the past few weeks, and this past weekend have had to deal with sore, raw thighs. Not sure if I will be able to hit the gym today.

I used to have that problem. They make something called monkey butt (i know)....that works good for between the legs. There are also some creams or other powder type substances that work.0

My girlfriend used to put Vaseline and baby powder on her inner thighs when she worked in retail and was constantly on her feet. It worked wonders for her. She tried bandages, too; but those weren't as successful.
Have you tried UnderArmour compression shorts or capris? They're like a second skin, but they're airy and comfortable.
Best of luck! :flowerforyou:0 -
Talcum powder and bike shorts! If you don't like the look of bike shorts, wear them under your regular shorts. I even wear bike shorts under dresses in summer for the same reason. And for the chafing, zinc cream with castor oil after your shower.0

Running stores usually have something for this type of soreness. They usually have creams to prevent and patches to cover up what has rubbed. Vasaline and bandaids have worked in the past.0
