I took my measurments and lost 5 cm off my hips and .5cm off my calf and thats it, no where else.

Do you work out daily? Every other day? Do you do strength, cardio, a combination?

Based on how much you eat and how much you workout, a good portion of that might be muscle. You really don't need to workout that much and it isn't good to mix heavy cardio and ST as it will cause your body to fight for resources to repair itself. Additionally, if you aren't feeding your body properly, it won't have enough to fully repair the muscles. In all reality, you should aim for about 3 ST and 2-3 cardio (if you can do 1 yoga/pilates, then would take it away from cardio).
