I just started it yesterday and my heart rate monitor does calorie burn calculation based on your heart rate/age/weight - its not a perfect science, but its a place to start.
With that being said, I have started putting my exercises down as just creating my own, such as:
P90X: Chest & Back - 345 calories burned0 -
There is a website - p90xcalories.com. I found it to estimate a little high but it can give you an idea. I believe the best way to track it is to get a heart rate monitor - you can get a decent one for $50-60.
Then you can create new exercises on MFP for each of the P90X dvd's and adjust your calories as needed per day.0
