Fitness freak looking to motivate!

Hey everyone. I'm Dan. I have lost about 70lbs total and at my realistic long term weight! I am currently working on shaving my body fat % and building up muscle (currently hovering around 9-10%). I love reading about workouts nutrition and have set my friends up on some great plans to help them lose weight. It helps me when I help others so I just wanted to throw out my name. If you need a pick me up, need fitness tips, nutrition tips I have been through every stage of weight loss from obese to athlete and am more than happy to help you! No charge I just want to help people feel as good as I do now. With this great community (which I wish I found WAY earlier) you all will do great if you believe in yourself!     Sending a friend request. Have lost over 30 lbs, am looking to lose another 60. Started out doing low carb with The 4 Hour Body by Tim Ferriss. Hit a plateau after the first 25 lbs that lasted 7-8 weeks. Now am trying to figure out my next step. I have two smaller children and a husband who eats whatever he wants. I gave up all pop/soda (Pepsi products), eating out and candy. I eat a lot more protein and started walking every day.

    Today, I started a short kettlebell routine and am wavering between calorie zig zagging or eating up to my BMR. There is so much to read out there and with so much more to lose, I just want to continue to be healthy and move towards my goal.

    Any thoughts or feedback is welcome.
  • I could use a motivator!! I was in the military, and having a drill sergeant was my best motivator. If only I could find one! I am sending a friend request!

    I am also willing to motivate others if needed! :)
