Cellulite

I have cellulite on my legs and wondered if anyone out there has any tips to get rid of this, I have 3 months and it needs to go, or at least reduce a lot in appearance.

Any hints and tips would be much appreciated

I've been told to walk up and down stairs, use a body brush dry before you shower, exfoliate and use a gental tan.

    Does thay help?

Nivea's Goodbye Cellulite has helped. It's not perfect, but I'll take improvement any day.

Yeh thanks, I've been body brushing on and off for the past few weeks, so need to keep this up and got exfoliting gloves as well. Think I just need to keep at it really

I had bad cellulite on my thighs and now that I'm almost to goal, I don't have it anymore. Now, I'm not sure if that's from the weight loss or the treadmill (I was doing high inclined power-walking since July 2011 and then switched to running a few weeks ago)

That's fantastic, really given me some hope - I bet that's a great feeling, dependent on the type of trousers I wear I can see it under them as well.

Running helped me tone my legs and decrease my cellulite more than any other exercise. I've been a swimmer for years and after a few months of running, my legs looked so much better. I also exfoliate that area and make sure to apply lotion at least once a day. Don't know if that helps but it doesn't hurt :)
