Legs are aching just after one day :frown: as I put 100% in!

I finished day 5 a little bit ago. I feel great! I also put in 100%, so I know how you are feeling. The soreness is almost completely gone, and my endurance has improved a lot in just 5 days. I'm excited to keep going and see the results a bit further into it.

    Good luck!
  • I'm starting today! I've started this a couple other times, never getting passed a week and a half of it...and not because I didn't like it, just because life would get in the way and then it'd be "oh, I'll start again tomorrow" from there. Gotta finish! Lets do it!

I am on day 6 of this workout and have been alternating between level 1 and 2 . I am not going to lie the first 2 days were HELL! But it was worth it. I can already ready see a slight difference in my arms, legs and waist. I don't stop till I feel some kind of pain or strain on my muscles cuz that's when I feel that I am putting and effort.

    Good Luck

I did it back in September/October and did it every day for 30 days!!! I was so sore and weak the first few days and found that a hot shower really helped my sore muscles.

I've decided that I going to do it again 30 days in a row minus 1 (I have a meeting with my trainer tomorrow so I probably won't do it tomorrow since I already have a workout planned). I'm not really looking forward to it but I need to do something to lose more than 1 lb a month!!!

Amen to that! Same issue here. 1lb and putting all the extra effort to lose weight ! Let's do this!
