i came across this and thought it might interest some of you.
essentially, the evidence (untested in humans) points to a fatty diet causing little or no damage if consumed at the right times of day.

I read about this a few weeks ago. It's interesting research, but we'll have to wait and see if it's repeatable in humans.0
