Lose 10lbs in 1 Month!

I know it's healthy to drop about a pound a week, but I need to lose about double this amount. Next month I'll be taking a trip where I'll probably find myself in a bathing suit. I do NOT feel bikini body ready so, for the next four weeks, I need to pay a little more attention to my weight. After the four weeks, I can go back to losing weight the slower/healthier way.

My goal is 10lbs in 4 weeks.

Week One: 6/11-6/17. Weight Loss:
Week Two: 6/18-6/24 Weight Loss:
Week Three: 6/25-7/1 Weight Loss:
Week Four: 7/2-7/8 Weight Loss:

Anyone want to join me or have suggestions on what to eat to get me there?

    Everyone is different, but My MPF has me on 1700 Calories a day for a 2lb loss. with medium exercise. it is working so far. Im one month in and little over 6.2 lbs I have fell off of the wagon a couple of times, so I blame myself for the number not matching up exactly, but so far it seems to be working just fine.
