I need help. I am not losing ;(

I lost about 5 lbs and was doing well. Then, I went on vacation to Vegas and it went down hill a bit. I got back on the horse and have been exercising (C25k) about every other day. I feel like I am eating pretty well. MFP tells me to 1230 calories. I am 5'1, 144 lbs and 36 years old. Do you think I need to boost my calories or exercise or make better choices? I just need to make sure I am going in the right direction. Thanks for the support. :smile:
