Opinions! What to do after I finish 30DS?

Hello. I am on my last week of Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred workout. I have loved it, and hated it, but mostly loved it. :) So...where do I go from here? I like DVDs as I can do them while I am home with the kiddos, but I really don't want to go more than an hour per workout, otherwise I might just give up. Been there, done that. So...any suggestions on what to try next? I've heard Jillian has a couple of other videos...like boost your metabolism and such, but don't know much about them. Are there any other trainers with similar programs that will keep me at it? Thanks in advance for the help! :)

My vote would be Insanity (if you don't have bad knees like me), or Tae Bo. Loved them both! They were both under and hr.

I do have bad knees too. I had an injury as a teen and they haven't been right since. I modify some of Jillian's workouts and hope I can do that with other ones as well. Thanks for the tips - I'll check those out.

If you want to stick with Jillian her next suggested video in the line up is Ripped in 30. There are a lot of people on here doing that one right now. She also has more specific toning ones like 6 week 6 pack and others. I think RI30 is a 30 minute workout just like 30DS.

I also noticed the other day on TV she has an infomercial for something called body revolution. 15 DVDs or something like that. $120 bucks. Basically it looks like her own version of P90X.

I started with 30DS back in January. Once I finished, I moved on to Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones. I don't have any knee issues but have bouts with shin splits and find it pretty easy to modify the exercises when they cause pain. There are two pretty intense circuits of jump squats and kicks in BFBM but if you don't mind altering a bit, I recommend both. The workout ends up being just shy of an hour with warm up and cool down but if you can't fit in the full workout, you can just pick a few of the circuits as the DVD is set up with "chapters" like a movie DVD.

Overall, I like her workouts a lot. BFBM is pretty intense cardio while NMTZ is cardio with weight training which works out well for me to create a balanced workout routine.
