I just started a 12 hour / 5 day a week job that I wake up at 5am for and don't get home until 8 ish pm every night! Any advice to stay successful? They constantly have food there and catering so will power is hard, but I can do it! But I'm more nervous on time....I go to bed by 9pm every night and still need to get dinner in / get ready within 45 minutes of that time!

Any advice?

If I had this circumstance I would probably look at a few different methods:

    1) Workout over lunch hour if possible.
    2) Workout on friday after work, saturday and sunday afternoon, and probably select 1 day during the week to workout either before or after work and that workout would probably be shorter in duration.

Also, what ways do you have to reduce the time it takes you to get ready in the morning? What time does your gym open?

Cooking and freezing meals on the weekends will free up some time during the week. Looks like the only time you have to workout is weekends and lunch breaks. That's going to be rough. I don't envy you.

I wake up at 4AM during the week to get into the city with enough time to go to the gym. It means going to bed by 9, but for me it's worth it.

See I could do that at home. but I carpool with three other people!

Jeez girl, talk about busy. I would try to workout at lunch 2-3 days a week and then weekends. Or even wake up early and do some videos at home to save drive time going to a gym.

I like the idea of freezing meals so you don't have to cook all the time.

See we only get 30 minutes for lunch.... :( so I really need to utilize that time to eat! and they provide catering for us and healthy options so I feel like freezing meals isn't the best idea unless its for dinner! :) but I think i'm going to try to do some sort of dvd every night thats only about 30 minutes long!
