Hi everyone, I am a 44 yr old mom of 3 1/2 yr old triplets. For a couple yrs I have been around 150 lbs, about 10-15 more than my 'normal' then through weight watchers last fall got down to 140. I stopped going, didn't renew my gym membership and (what a surprise) now I am over 150...
I just started this site, and already today have had WAY more skittles than I should (I would never even buy them but they're my potty training reward for the kids). So I am not even starting off well. I am determined to get on track today and stay there. I don't have a ton to lose, just the annoying "last 10 lbs" that seems so hard when I don't get enough sleep and am at the mercy of the kids all day. If anyone can relate and offer some support I'd love to hear from you!
