Don't know how many of you guys are into Christian music, but there is a new song out called more beautiful You, and basically it says you have to love yourself before you could ever expect anyone else too....Its an awesome song, and it is just what I needed to remind me, that this weightloss journey I am on, is strictly for me, because I LOVE myself...not for anybody to love me, but for me! It's an awesome song, its by Johnny Diaz if anybody wants to check it out that hasn't heard it!

The message in the song is GREAT and I have it on my ipod. It is just what I need to hear when I am exercising and want to ease up or stop altogether. This morning I played it over and over and pushed myself more than I have in awhile.

I know that with each step I have taken to get healthy it has been life changing. Even more than the weight coming off, I have found myself again. Each time the scale moves layers are being peeled off to reveal the strong, confident, courageous woman that has been hidden for far too long. Every one of us need to go find a mirror and really look and see what others see in us....WE ARE BEAUTIFUL! :flowerforyou:
