Didn't realize

I stopped putting salt on my food... thinking I was doing good. I didn't bother to watch the sodium on my food diary... well I put it on there today and then we back and looked at the last weeks worth of food.... WOW, I take in ALOT of sodium!! I was wondering why I've been retaining water and swelling so bad... well now I know!

    I came to this same realization about a week ago. There is sodium in EVERYTHING!!! Especially processed foods and any dining out. I'm trying to watch mine now too, not easy but sticking to it.

    And me three Ive been watching my sodioum yesterday I had 5700mg in sodium and was up on the scale:grumble: :grumble: ..Im bought to statr being real careful any wanna start a sodium watch group or something?

    I'm interested in a group. today I really focused on sodium and kept mine to only 575 mg, That's a lot different from the 3500 I had the day I started paying attention.
