Most of the sugar I eat comes from fruit.. Is it necessary to track it? I did choose to track it earlier..because I noticed how much I was eating.. I don't have any health issues to wear I would need to know how much I'm eating. You can see my diary.. I eat fruit.. and that puts me over.. Suggestions? Does it make that big of a difference? I've been losing weight.

I'm going to take a big leap of faith here and say that natural fruit sugars just aren't the same as refined or other processed sugars. In fact I'd chose fruit sugar over artificial sweetners any day but it's not the extracted sugars I'm talking about. Fruit is the whole package with the fiber built in to do it's job better, not to mention a host of other chemicals we can't even begin to explain how they work together.

Still I am tracking my sugar if only to see how my rosacea reacts over time to heavy sugar days etc. Sugar as you know can be related to other medical issues like candida and other yeast problems.

    That's my input!

...and another thing...by tracking it you can see how much sugar is in other foods which can be a real eye opener to educate you in controlling it better. Then there's that whole blood sugar thing and insulin that I'm sure others will bring up.

Knowing what we eat and how much of it we eat helps us to create a balance in our diets. Fruit isn't bad for you, it's a complex carb which takes longer to digest and such than a simple sugar would. They also contain vitamins, minerals and like Rolande said, Fiber.

As long as you are within your daily calorie intake, you shouldn't really need to worry too much about it unless you have medical problems.

The food tracker should be able to track it and its healthy natural sugar not artificial sweeteners :)

I wouldn't worry about tracking it as long as you are within your calorie goal and within your macro goals particularly carbs. Just not nessesary.
