This has been posted numerous times.
Just enter recipe calculator on the search bar and there you go but I'm sure a few people have yet to know about the search bar or recipe calculator.

This is perfect. I was looking for something like this to calculate the calories, etc in my home made venison stew and chili.

For those who've used the sparkpeople recipe calculator, do you know whether the beans are raw or cooked? It's not indicated as far as I can see--it will just say "beans, white" for example.
