I'm not a professional, but maybe you need to increase your calorie intake?Or maybe get your thyroid checked? Is it just since you started counting calories that you feel tired?
If this continues, consult with your doctor. I am hypothyroid and very tired all the time. I am actually heading back to the endocrinologist to have the levels tested and switch medications. I do not believe I am where I need to be in order to feel active. Also I would suggest taking a look at what calories are coming in - how much is protein? how much is carbs? could it be too many carbs and you are crashing?0 -
I was tired when I had breast cancer. Fell asleep all the time. Men can get it too. Get a full check up.0
