    That is just a spectacular transformation! Very awesome and inspirational. Thanks also for posting your tips about food substitutions and I love that you have allowed yourself to eat your favorite foods as long as you make it yourself. That's a great tip! I have found that when I'm in the kitchen doing it myself, I seem to always want to default to the healthier option anyway...so much better when I do the calorie count after my home-cooked versions of things. When I was going out a lot and eating restaurant food, it was way high in fat AND salt and I would ALWAYS underestimate the calories in what I was throwing down my gullet even if I was picking what I thought to be the "healthier" options that some of these restaurants were making :D
