Not quite sure what you mean by how.
You make it fit in your calories.
I still drink wine most weekends.0 -
Fit it in, and make sure you drink lots of water.
And watch the snacking...0 -
You can't loose weight but you can have loose pants, lol.
Red wine is supposed to be good for you. (of course I only like white). Just eat 100 calories under your daily goal and save the last 100 for your glass of wine. As long as you are exercising and eating sensibly- shouldn't be a problem to lose weight. good luck!0 -
Yep. I lost almost 30 lbs drinking wine almost every day. How? Excercise. Zumba, running, calisthenics, step aerobics, strength training ... I like to mix it up so I don't get bored.
I can easily stay full on the amount of healthy calories it takes to maintain my weight without wine. But to get proper nutriition, not be hungry and drink wine I need to exercise.
I've stayed healthy and kept the weight off for over a year now, drinking just about every day. 1/2 a bottle on most weekdays, and 1 -2 bottles on the weekends. Sometimes I have beer instead, but mostly I drink wine. :drinker:0 -
