Not quite sure what you mean by how.

You make it fit in your calories.

I still drink wine most weekends.

Fit it in, and make sure you drink lots of water.

    And watch the snacking...

You can't loose weight but you can have loose pants, lol.
Red wine is supposed to be good for you. (of course I only like white). Just eat 100 calories under your daily goal and save the last 100 for your glass of wine. As long as you are exercising and eating sensibly- shouldn't be a problem to lose weight. good luck!

Yep. I lost almost 30 lbs drinking wine almost every day. How? Excercise. Zumba, running, calisthenics, step aerobics, strength training ... I like to mix it up so I don't get bored.

I can easily stay full on the amount of healthy calories it takes to maintain my weight without wine. But to get proper nutriition, not be hungry and drink wine I need to exercise.

I've stayed healthy and kept the weight off for over a year now, drinking just about every day. 1/2 a bottle on most weekdays, and 1 -2 bottles on the weekends. Sometimes I have beer instead, but mostly I drink wine. :drinker:
