So, im new (obviously) i started using this app 3 weeks ago today and fully intended to do it all solo but i've found this last few days a bit of a slog and i made the mistake today of trying on some old clothes and i've demotivated myself.

I've lost 12lb in the last few weeks following a "diet" of my own, i know im making progress and others tell me i'm looking better but i seem to be more aware of lumps and bumps now than i was before i started :(

I've made a number of attempts at getting healthy over the years and only once have i got close to where i wanted to be and it was for an overseas trip and during that trip and the month or so after coming back i put most of the weight back on.

I've been trying to lose weight for a month today but i didnt weigh when i started so i dont know what i lost the first week, i started using this app the second week and have found it great - i've set myself the goal of being a new slimmer me by mid July when i have a few big parties and trips away planned where i'll be seeing friends and family i havent seen in a while, im really hoping that i can go into mid july with 30-40 less pounds (28lb in 5 weeks :S) but even if i dont im determined to keep with it until my weight isnt a number i keep secret
