Mid-Life Crisis Mode - Fix it!

This year, I've watched my eldest two sons graduate from high school and my husband graduate with his B.S. in Engineering. In just a couple of years, my youngest two children will also be graduating and moving on, which has me in total mid-life crisis mode.

To explain for those who haven't been through this, I'm taking stock of my life and realizing that I have actually done nothing of true value. (Yes, yes, I've raised four great kids, have a wonderful marriage, blah blah blah. I mean that I'VE done something entirely on my own for ME.) I have no career to speak of. I cannot claim to have actually accomplished anything of my own. And I'm annoyed by that. So... I'm looking for ideas.

Given 10 years to dedicate your time and energy on something entirely for you, what would you do? (Getting healthy/losing weight is a given around here. Be creative and pick something as well as or besides that.)
