            Hello!
Thanks so much for sharing this article. It really helped me to read it today.
The first rule is one I always struggle with. Not eating after 7pm. I don't know if it has anything to do with not being a morning person but I like to eat the bulk of my calories after work and in the evening. Of course, I usally eat dinner at 5pm since I'm hungry by the time I get home but I have ALWAYS been a late night snacker.
Just last week I was berating myself for not being able to stop eating before 7 or 8pm. I am staying within my range and eating healthy and I'm losing weight, I just can't seem to get past the 7pm rule and it has been bothering me.
I feel so much better now!!
