Hello everyone I thought id share my progress so far. I have changed the way i eat and try to exercise daily. When I first started mfp i weighed in at 214lbs, the heaviest i have ever been is 218lbs after my first child, and i currently weigh some where around 155-153lbs and my gw is to get to 130lbs. I am 5'4 and a mother of 3 children ages 4, 1.5 and 7.5 months old which is one of the reasons i put on so much weight to begin with and of course my poor eating habits. Well here is my progress so far. and hope to update soon when i hit my gw :)

Start (214lbs)

I started off with 1500 cals a day and ate back my exercise cals but then about a month ago i was stuck and did not lose a lb so i lowered it to 1200 cals a day and not eating back my exercise cals and so far it has worked fine. Hope it does for the next 25lbs if i get stuck again I will try to up my cals and see how that works. I just think it depends how far along on your weight loss you are and at a certain loss your body just is not reacting the same as at first.
