Hi,
I'm a 20 year old female living with PCOS, which affects my weight and dieting. I've started to eat gluten-free at the advice of a doctor, and I've recently started to go running.

I'm 5'3. In September 2011, I weighed 195lbs... but as of today June 11th 2012 I weigh 158lbs :)

I've been stuck at a plateau for about a month now, and I'm just looking to get to know some other people who are into health and good diets and exercise.
