Hello, I'm new here. I've been struggling with my weight since I was 15. My highest weight was 150 pounds and I started an only eating grilled chicken and drinking water diet. I exercised a little and got down to 124 pounds. After a while I started to slowly let that slip away and now I weigh 135 pounds at the moment. I want to get back on track and lose the weight. I guess my motivation is that I don't want to weigh as much as I did before.
