Umm, yes on the actual question, and yes on the implied question.
Well, actually...I like to watch HER...but either way a mirror is required lol.0 -
Yeah, I check my form in the reflection in the windows, lol. Oh, and to make sure my hair and makeup still look fresh :bigsmile:0

Obilgatory...0

Yes I like to have a mirror when I work out. It's really helpful.0

Absolutely hate it but I admit that I do use the mirrors to ensure I have correct form. Although, now the weight is dropping and my shape is changing it isn't as horrifying as it used to be.0

Yes. Especially deadlifts!0

haha nice eye grabber OP! Definitely nice to see all the hard working muscles and form. It's nice to see your work paying off! I just do the admiring a little bit when no ones looking so I don't look like THAT db.0

I enjoy seeing my muscles flex at my max lifts. Call it vain or whatever but it sure turns me on! lol . Mostly it's about seeing progress, that tiny bit of definition I've worked weeks for, makes it all worth it0

sometimes i catch my reflection in the back of a spoon and i don't even make it to the gym mirrors :P0

I think using a mirror has a bad effect on your position especially the head. I think it is better to record yourself in action and then watch it back.0

i do this a lot when i'm doing Kenpo X, just reminds me of shadow boxing, I want to make sure i'm givin er u know? not just going along with the movements.0

Our home gym has mirrors on all walls.
I like watching myself and seeing the muscles I am developing!

I used to hate looking at myself because of how heavy I was (and still think I am).
However, my trainer finally convinced me to get the max benefit from lifting I really need to make sure my form is proper. So while I still dislike it I do indeed look at myself now.
As for the double entendre query I am still trying to convimce the wife we need more mirrors...0 -
I run outside so I check myself out in windows. Mostly to check up on how my legs are doing. That's mostly in the first half though, because I look tired and much slower on the way back!0

I think that this is especially true when squatting. Facing away from the mirror is best.0 -
I make weird noises too....so I use headphones so I dont have to hear myself....and lots of heavy breathing!0

Wow I hope weq are talking about excercise. LOL..But looking at yourself helps to see what your doing and working on.0

Title threw me up... :grumble:
When i'm lifting .. yes
cardio.. not necc0 -
I actually do. I don't stare at myself the entire time, but I do a quick mirror check to make sure my form and posture are okay. I've always had bad posture, and I wanna keep that out of my work-outs!
There are definitely times when I don't wanna see myself working out, though! (Squats don't make me look purty) :laugh:0 -
I like it with the lights off.
What? That's not what we're talking about?
Yes. With mirrors.0
