Walnuts!

I was creating a new food item for the database - my "Greek Yogurt Sundae", which is my dessert when I absolutely need a chocolate fix. I include 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. When I was looking up the nutritional info, I found out 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts is 200 calories! That was more than everything else combined! Here I thought I was doing so good replacing croutons with walnuts in my salads. I might be better off with the croutons! Why do all my favorite things have to be so high calorie? :sad:

    walnuts are super healthy and have omega-3 fatty acids. Sure they're high calorie, but at least you're getting good calories!
