What scale do you use?

I bought an omron scale but it is way off on the body fat. It doesn't have an athlete setting. It also doesn't light up and I don't want to turn on the lights when I wake up and weigh myself. I would like a scale that has a more accurate body fat monitor, and doesn't stop the athlete setting at age 50!

Tanita has an Athletic model, but honestly, none of them claim to be highly accurate when it comes to measuring body fat. One thing that will help is the time you use it - in the morning for your weight, before dinner for body fat and/or water measurements. I use mine as a general guide to track my progress(down 4% so far!), but calipers will probably give you a more accurate reading.0
