You've Lost the Weight, Now Your Man Misses Those "ASSets"

When I met my Fiance, I was going through a tough time in my life. At 5'9", I had gotten myself down to somewhere between 120-125lbs. I was TOO thin. Regardless of my weight, or lack there of, my Fiance found me attractive and we hit it off...almost 3 years later, and 20 "love" pounds heavier, he found me even MORE attractive! Even though weight guidelines for someone of my height suggest I should be around 145-150lbs, because I have a neuromuscular disability (Muscular Dystrophy), I find that it is easier on my legs to weigh around 130lbs. SOOO...as I've started to lose weight, I've also started to lose my rear....something the Fiance DID NOT want me to lose, LOL!

My question to you ladies is, what do you do when you start to lose weight and those key assets you have (may be your butt or your bust), start to diminish? We all know that guys love a nice rack and a plump rear end, but when you start to lose weight, you can' t decide where it's gonna disappear at! I've tried doing some exercises to increase my glutes, but I've had little success. Any suggestions!!!

Happy weight loss to all and keep on loggin'!!!

I've thought about this too, because my fiance has always said he likes curvy women. He isn't "worried" per say, but he just doesn't know if he'll like me BETTER or not. My thought is that I don't care. He'll like me no matter what and I know that. I know that I'll like me better at a lower weight and that's better for both of us.

This actually sounds bad, but I think one of the things holding me back from losing the weight, is the fear of losing my boobs. I have always had good cleavage and that has served me well. The thought and knowledge that they will go...scares me. If you know how to overcome this please share!!!

i've lost a cup size and basically my entire butt so far. i've started doing squats to help get a little more in the back but as long as neither are completely gone i'm okay.
  • I've lost most of my former size 40D's. Though with my dieting and now doing jillian micheals 30ds I feel like my boobies are getting perkier, but smaller. My size C bras are feeling a bit loose.

I bought myself a cute backless dress in a size 8 (I'm a 9 right now) something that I's never wear with a larger cheast. I can't wait until it fits!

I just remind myself that I still look like a beautiful woman not matter what size I am and I'm more then just a nice pair of boobs

I'm totally worried about this too! Although I'm more concerned with rack-loss than *kitten*-loss, my fiancé keeps saying he doesn't want me to get too skinny... Which I appreciate but maybe he'll reevaluate once I'm there :)

Have you ever heard of the butt bible? When you diet yes you lose you bum a good chunk of the time, but you can replace the jiggly one you had before with a nice firm one if you're willing to work on it. With my 30DS progress my butt actually lookes rounder (was kinda flat before) and looks a ton better in jeans because its firmer =) LOVE it!

Well My boobs are deflating:grumble: ... womp womp womp lol My husband told me today. I mentioned it bc my girls actually fit in my bra now. I'm like "babeeeeeee you got to rub them everyday before its too late" lol
He grabbed my ring finer & started tugging on my ring haha
I'm a little sad but I'm doing my chest press & I'm sure they won't get that small. I'm a 38D now.. I can afford to lose some. My backside has always been big but I think now it's getting bigger or just firmer. (Glute exercises.. leg press etc.)

I'm ok with it... bc I know I can't possible lose it all. I'll take a flat tummy any day over massive boobs & *kitten*. lol My husband will be ok... I got enough talents to keep him satisfied
