    If I can't pick California cuisine it would either be Indian (from all of India so I can have dosas and seafood) or Mexican (with an emphasis on coastal mexican cuisine).

    southern American or at least the version i get from recipe websites, im not American, never been to America, and the versions i cook are probably a very poor imitation of the real thing, hopefully one day i will get to taste the real thing
