    BBQ anything I assume.

For me, I would have a hard time sticking to any particular cusine, but if I had to choose, I'd say Mediterranean

I'm originally from Brazil so I can't help but say Brazilian! Brazilian food is very diverse and has influence from many countries, which pretty much means I could have almost any kind of food. Yumm!

While it might seem that most of the American cuisine is basterdized versions of other cultures, theres a decent amount of foods which are American and are very good.
cheesecakes, different kinds of bbq (steak to be one of the bigger ones) alot of southern foods are the classic American cuisines like chicken steak fry (which is made with beef rather than chicken) biscuits and gravy, mac and cheese, corn bread, FRIED CHICKEN! clam chowder, jumbalaya and many more

Edit: Friend chicken sounded very delicious but don't think thats the proper American cuisine

If I can't pick California cuisine it would either be Indian (from all of India so I can have dosas and seafood) or Mexican (with an emphasis on coastal mexican cuisine).

Japanese, Thai, or Mexican. I'd have a hard time choosing that's for sure!

British, we can stretch the definition to include snippets of so many other cuisines.
