hey guys,
has anyone else found that by eating close to their maximum calorie intake a day they are struggling to lose weight, mine is 1200
previously i had been eating 600-800 a day andwas loosing weight slowly but since ive upped it too 1000+ just feeling bloated and sluggish![:/ :/](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/confused.png)

It's a little hard to tell without being able to see your diary. What have you been eating in order to get the extra calories? If it's full of empty calories or sodium or fat, that might explain why you are feeling bloated and sluggish.
600-800 a day is definitely not nearly enough calories to maintain health *unless* you have a thyroid problem or other metabolic issue. If you think that may be an issue, you should see a doctor about that.0
