Hi, new to this "diet". Highest weight I reached was 146lbs and currently I'm 132lbs. It took me a few months probably like 6 months, because of the swimming classes I took in high school and I ate less.

My food is whatever Asian moms give to their computer-obsessed kids. I don't eat snacks. I only have 3 square meals a day and drink 2-3 cups of tea everyday. I'm about to leave home for college and I want to look good for college. :blushing:

My current weight is 132lbs and I'm 5 feet tall. I want to reach 127 before July 5th!

Hoping someone could give me some cardio exercise videos from youtube or vimeo. Exercise videos that's less talk more action for 20-30 minutes. Also, some lunch and dinner easy recipes to make for someone who doesn't do the shopping. I don't eat breakfast because I sleep through it. :noway:
