Hey I'm Roxanne & have been a member for a while but rarely get on. I'm looking for some friends on here to help keep me motivated. I need to lose about 50 lbs. So if anyone knows any tips or tricks to help keep me on track please share & feel free to add me. Thank you all in advance for any support

The key is logging in regularly, updating your food and exercise diary. Friends will help keep you accountable but seeing the changes is what will really motivate you. Make it a lifestyle change. And add me if you'd like

Thanks for the advice I'm ready to see some changes so I'm going to try my best to log in regularly & track my intake. Hope this time I can stick to it.0

Nope... not hopefully! This time you will stick to it because you know you can0

Thanks girly!! I like that attitude!! Your right...I got this0

Friends, or adding people who have gotten similar results is also a great help. You can think of them as mentors and refer to their diaries for an idea on what to be doing yourself as an outline of sorts.0

On a side note, however, cannot wait to see your results! =D0

I find that seeing everyone posting their thoughts and seeing them log in thier results really motivates me.
Also, the "Danette has not logged in for 3 days" post was a real kick in the butt LOL.
So, keep on logging and reading other posts - especially under the success stories - they are really inspiring.
I will send you a friend invite :-)0 -

Thank you also for the advice I think those will help motivate me as well especially the success stories because you see what everyone else has accomplished & it makes you want to be a part of it too. I hope I have my own success story soon!!0
